Extremely rich song from Kara’s Flowers, band I have often spoken to you about (last time recently, here – Maroon 5′s first band).
Once again, the Beatles’ influence is present, here, even with
plagiarism on a small portion (first time you hear it : 2.24 > 2.28,
plagiarism of Ob-La-Di Ob-La-Da. In music, I think that unfortunately
the legal notion of plagiarism needs slightly more time than a few
seconds).
The end of the song is out of the general mood to me, and
irrelevant, with its sudden Chuck Berry-like guitar solo and its heavy
and easy bass. Yet, again, excellent song.
